Terms of sale and supply
2026-10
1. Quotations and orders
Prices, quantities and lead times follow the written quotation sent to each customer, and become binding once the customer accepts in writing. Any change in specifications or quantities is re-quoted.
2. Samples
Samples are sent for technical evaluation at the customer’s site; sample details, quantity and shipping terms are agreed per request. The approved sample is the reference for the agreed product.
3. Quality and conformity
Products are delivered according to the specifications approved in the product file. Any material deviation should be reported within the agreed period after receipt, and the case is examined and resolved jointly.
4. Packaging and storage
Products are supplied in packaging suited to dry storage away from humidity and heat. Correct storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility, following the instructions in the product file.
5. Delivery and transport
Delivery terms are agreed in each quotation. Delays caused by force majeure, customs or port procedures are handled through joint coordination.
6. Payment
Payment terms are as stated in the approved quotation for each customer; production does not start before the agreed payment or guarantee is received.
7. Formulation IP
Formulations developed for a specific customer remain exclusive to them. Standard formulations on our list remain the property of the company.
8. Confidentiality
Customer specifications, products and commercial information are treated as fully confidential and used only to execute the order.
