When to ask for a flavour match instead of a new development
If the product already sells and customers know the taste, matching is faster and less risky than developing.
Matching means reproducing an existing product’s flavour with the same perception. Manufacturers ask for it when changing supplier, or when they want a closer, faster local source.
In practice: you send a reference sample or an accurate description, we develop the formulation and send several samples with small variations until the closest result is approved on your own line.
Matching takes less time than full development because the target is defined and can be measured against the original product.
Need a flavour that is not listed?
Request a sample with its spec sheet, and we follow up until the formulation is approved.
